Ordered a medium steak, sent it back for being over cooked then got this as the remake. I should’ve taken a picture of the first steak; it was 2 pieces cut in half barely hanging together by a piece of fat. Manager watched me cut open the new steak, I accepted it anyway but this is pretty disappointing. $100 later for a steak not cooked the way I ordered, twice. The waiter was very nice and respectful, manager could’ve been more helpful and cared more but seemed disinterested in making it right. Won’t be coming back to this location, too many experiences like this. Seems like the kitchen is having problems cooking steaks…. at a steakhouse…..

I asked Vinny for bread, twice! He said "No" both times! Jokingly ofcourse! But didn't bring any until we were ready to leave. Didn't even give it to me, gave both baskets of bread to the opposite side of the table. They took it all! So I never did get my bread! It was very noisy also. But it was Ftiday night, it's to be expected! Probably won't go back to that Texas Roadhouse again.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but tonight when ny husband and I ordered an appetizer to be picked up this is what we got. How is this $13.99 for 5 rattle snake bites, 5 pieces of chicken and 3 mozzarella twists? The mozzarella twists were over cooked which means no cheese inside just breading, the rattle snake bites were cold and soft, but, the chicken was tasty.Plus, the sauce that spilled and opened in the container. We have never had a problem with this location, but tonight it was disappointing. Hopefully the next time it will be better.

Where should is start…. The steak was cooked good but not as hot - so I need to be quick to eat. And 11 (!) French fries is not that much, it looked a lil sad on my plate. Miniburger where very dry same with the rib basket. You could see on em that there where not smoked as they supposed to be.

server was great! thats about it. a young CHILDS burger was almost completely pink. whole tables food was lukewarm. waited almost an hour for cold food runny mac and cheese and corn that looks straight out of a can. only thing warm was the salad. pretty sure they popped my moms beef tips in the microwave because the plate was piping hot but the food was cold and beef tips were more of a beef jerky.
